Changing Passwords


Network Passwords
(including the password used for Central Services Web Ticket/Web Supplies, and Front Page/SharePoint web software)

From a Windows 2000/XP computer on campus:

  • Login to the computer
  • Press the Ctrl + Alt + Del keys, and click the Change Password button.
  • Ensure that Log on to: field lists AN.CC.MN.US.
  • Enter your current password in the appropriate field, and enter your new password twice.
  • Click the OK button and you should receive confirmation that your password has been changed.

Changing Network Password from off-campus
If you know your current network password, you can reset it to a new password with this web form.


GroupWise Password

Using the GroupWise client software:

  • Login to the GroupWise client.
  • Click the Tools menu, and choose the Options option.
  • Double-click the Security icon.
  • Enter your current password in the Old Password field, and click the OK button.
  • If you entered the correct password, the New Password and Confirm New Password fields should become available. Enter your new password twice, and click the OK button.

Using GroupWise Web Access:

  • Login to the Web Access page (http://webmail.anokaramsey.edu/servlet/webacc).
  • Login the Web Access client.
  • Click the Options GroupWise Web Access Option Button button towards the top of the screen.
  • A new windows should appear. Enter your current password, and your new password twice in the appropriate fields, then click the Save button.
  • A "Password Saved" message should appear below the Save button. Click the Close button to close the Change Password browser window.
