TRIO Upward Bound - Cambridge or TRIO Upward Bound Coon Rapids provides services to high school students to ensure they are completing work in preparation for entrance into college.  Upward Bound consists of an academic-year component and a six week summer session.  Services include: academic advising, tutoring, career exploration, cultural activities, college entrance exam preparation, and assistance with the college application process including financial aid. The goal of the program is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education.

TRIO Student Support Services - Coon Rapids is designed to offer services to college students to increase their retention, improve their grade point average, and assist them in graduating and/or transferring in a timely manner. Services provided include academic and career guidance, degree and transfer planning, tuition-free courses, academic success workshops, social/academic activities and events, and individualized tutors.  The goal of the program is to increase college retention and graduation rates of its participants and help students make the transition from one level of higher education to the next. Along with modest-income and first generation students, the Student Support Services program also serves students that have a documented disability.  This program is available on the Coon Rapids campus only.

Aspire - Cambridge is a program that provides academic and personal support for students seeking a college degree.  Students in the program are able to access a personal advisor that can help them design an Individual Success Plan for degree completion and/or transfer and participate in learning communities which offer smaller class sizes and increased connections with students and staff.  Students also have the opportunity to participate in success workshops, social/cultural activities and a weekend leadership retreat course.  The goal of the program is to increase college retention and graduation rates of its participants and help students make the transition from one level of higher education to the next.  This program is available on the Cambridge campus only.
