Your completed file is filed with the VA Records Management Center in St. Louis, MO. A copy is retained at ARCC. Once you receive your Award Letter from the VA, please verify your VA enrollment at the Web Automated Verification of Enrollment (WAVE) or by calling 877.823.2378. Any change to your enrollment may change your benefits. It is your responsibility to notify the campus Veterans Certifying Official of any changes (add, drop or withdraw) to your Program/Major or your courses. Failure to do so may result in a delay of additional benefits and/or repayment of any overpayment. The VA does not pay for repeated courses or any courses that are not part of your degree/major. The primary method of communication with students is through the college email system. All students are assigned a free MetNet email account upon registration. Students bear the responsibility to read and respond to official college notices. Activate your account as soon as you first register for courses.
